Music lesson in the summer in the living room at adobe home of Wayne Orle Macrander (*1895-†1954) and Floy Elizabeth (Farnsworth) Macrander, ca. 1940. In 1935, Floy was employed by the 'Works Progress Administration' (WPA) in the 'Federal Music Project' (FMP) as a music instructor. She taught each week for two days at 'Rural Mountain View School' and three days in town at Quemado 'Grade' and 'High School'. During Summer break, she gave group lessons in her home.
